Jason L. Carter is the founding member of CARTERLAW, LLC.  He is an experienced litigator whose career has included serving as Assistant County Prosecutor in the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office and Prosecutor/Assistant Law Director for the City of Euclid. 

Mr. Carter maintained a civil practice during his time of public service. He now works full time in private practice. His experience has enabled him to represent clients across a broad spectrum of practice areas ranging from misdemeanor and felony criminal defense, civil and criminal appeals, contract disputes and plaintiffs cases.

The Firm presently focuses on small business development and representation.  Mr. Carter has gained a wealth of experience and exposure in which he utilizes to ensure his clients receive high quality representation.  He earned his B.S. degree in Public Administration and Psychology from the University of Texas, and his Law degree from Cleveland State University.
